WhatsApp may soon allow you to reply privately in groups.

It may be that Whatsapp could work on a new 'answer privately' feature so that users can privately send messages to members of a group without informing others. The 'Privately answered' feature will allow users to communicate directly with group chat members in group chat without group chat directly. This means that users can continue to chat differently with members of a group, as well as keep track of the ongoing discussion within the group. It's not really clear whether Whatsapp's 'Personally answer' feature will allow users to chat with different people and everyone in the group, or to the members you added to your phone.

"The personal reply feature is disabled in the new Whatsaf Beta for Windows Phone 2.17.344. Perhaps Whatsapp has incorrectly enabled it at 2.17.342," WABetaInfo said. This feature was re-implemented in v2.17.348 Beta Update, said WABetaInfo.Because this feature was part of the beta update, obviously there were some bugs in it. Hopefully, Whatsapp will be able to fix them all before end users will be able to fix it.It can also be said that whatsapps can decide not to open the 'privately answer' feature because all the features in the testing phase do not really make for the final release, but make this feature available to the general public. It should be a great boon especially for those users who are part of multiple chat groups.WABetaInfo is leaking such Whatsapp-specific details for some time. Only recently did it report that Whatsapp is secretly working on an unblock and photo-in-picture (PIP) mode for Whatsapp on the Web.
