Apple Inc. issued a statement describing Shazam as "natural fit" with its services.
"We have exciting plans in the store, and we look forward to combining with shajam," said Apple. The company, in Curitiba, California, denied that Shazam's app will still be available after the deal is closed.

Some of the features of the shajam can be remembered in the music streaming services of Apple, which the company has made in 2015, because more than 27 lakh customers have submitted.

Siri started drawing on the technique of the shajam to answer questions about songs as part of the iPhone's operating system update 2014.
The Beatles combines Apple's biggest acquisition in music after paying $ 3 billion for the headphone and music service of Electronics in 2014.

Digital services are playing an increasingly important role for Apple because iPhone sales - the company's main money maker - is slow

Software and other services generated $ 30 billion during Apple's last financial year, which is 23 percent more than the previous year.

Shazam was founded in 2002 and created one of the first app for the iPhone, its nearly 250 employees are working in their London headquarters and there are seven other offices in the U.S., Australia and Germany.
