Harita Bhadra arrived at the Asian Games chasing a podium finish and left Nagoya with two bronze medals, in the women’s 200m and mixed 4x100m relay. Her first senior international competition has also sharpened the next target: a 22.45-second run, the qualifying mark for the 2027 World Championships. Bhadra reflects on the races, the mental lessons from Nagoya, her relay experience and why she believes the next level is within reach.
