    Senior lawyer Rahul Mehra, who's the petitioner in the case against the ministry, Indian Olympic Association (IOA) and its president, Narinder Batra, has been directed by the court to file an affidavit in three weeks' time from the date of the order (read Friday), detailing about which of the 57 NSFs have or haven't adhered to the sports code.
