Vivo
was working for a while with fingerprint sensor on the screen, which
was announced in December that it will be the first company to bring a
smartphone with the fingerprint sensor on the screen.
It showed a concept phone on the MWC last year, with the fingerprint sensor provided by Qualcomm,
however, the sensor was not as responsive as WoW would have liked.
Sipenaptics announced in the last year that it entered mass production with its optical in-display fingerprint sensor,
which is called a clean ID company said that the top five OEMs will get the first batch of sensors and this brand will be now vivo Confirming.
Apart from its exposed fingerprint sensor, nothing more is known about the smartphone as of now,
Vivo said that the handset will be announced at the beginning of this year, although the exact date has not yet been disclosed.
