Facebook has released a major update on Thursday.

 After this update, you will be able to see the posts of friends in the news feed first, only after the feed of the pages you have selected will show. 

 John Hagman, Product Manager of Facebook's News Feed, told that now social interaction and relationship will get much more attention.
For example,

 if a video clip of a family has been posted on Facebook, then it is more important than any hotel and any celebrity post.  

John said that it is more important to connect people with each other. That's why this update has been released.

At the same time Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has said that bringing people together and bringing the entire community to the real world is our priority. 

 This update of Facebook's news feed will be released globally in the next one week.  

After updates, users will see less posts from business, brand and news websites, while Friends post will get priority.
