Today Airtel has joined hands with ITL to launch two new budgeted 4G smartphones- Ital A40 4G and ITL A41.
The new Intel A404G and Intel A41 have been declared at an effective price of Rs. 3,099 and Rs. 3,199 respectively. Both Intel smartphones are launched as part of Airtel's 'My Initiative Smartphone' initiative.
Under this initiative, Airtel is "creating a partner's ecosystem for creating a 4G smartphone within the reach of everyone" - as claimed by the telecommunications operator.The market price of the Intel A404G is Rs 4,599, while the ITL A41 is available at Rs 4,699.
However, Airtel users will get 1500 cashback benefits on purchasing 4G smartphones, which will greatly reduce the effective cost of the device ownership.
Both smartphones will come bundled with a monthly recharge package of 169 rupees from Airtel which comes with the data as well as calls for benefits.Customers will have to make a down payment of Rs 4,599 for first ITL A40 and Rs 4,699 for ATL A41.
To receive a total 1500 cashback, the customer will have to recharge 4000 rupees for a period of 36 months.
Note: Customers will get only 1500 cashback after 36 months. During the first 18 months, the customer should recharg Rs 3,000 to be eligible for the first cashback installment of Rs 500.
In order to be eligible for second installment of Rs 1,000, customers will have to complete the second set of recharge, in the next 18 months, the value of Rs 3000
Regarding the specifications, both the 4G smartphones come with the exact same specifications.
Both the Intel A40 and A41 come with a 5-inch FWVG display with resolutions of 480x854 pixels and run on the Android 7.0 Nogate software.
The 4G smartphone is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage which can extend up to 32 GB via micro SD card.
In the camera department, the Intel Phone comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera with auto focus and LED flash. In front of the phone,
the front camera has a 2 megapixel sensor, which also comes with LED flash. The phone is used by 2,400 mAh battery.
